For all services, arrive up to 15 mins early for intake forms to be filled out to ensure the appointment starts on time. Any appointments arriving 15 mins after the appointment are subject to cancellation with no refund and/or rescheduling is subject to a $25 non-refundable fee. All services and appointments are non-refundable however can be transferable or given as a credit if canceled or changed at least 72 hours before scheduled appointment. All appointments canceled on the day of service deposits are non-refundable. 

All party fee deposits are non-refundable and only changes can be made at the discretion of management.
